Well, I got my first fill on March 8th so it's been about a week and a half. I'm really disappointed because I'm not feeling much restriction at all - just sometimes. I am exercising really good. I've been getting in 60 - 75 minutes per day 6 days a week on my elliptical machine. After about 20 minutes my toes go numb! My doc says I need to add some weight training in and I know I do but getting to the wellness center is another story! Guess I better make more of an effort! I was able to maintai
It's been 10 days since my surgery and I've lost about 15 lbs. I know the weight loss will start slowing down now but I will forge onward! I started walking Saturday and have managed to walk every day so far. I'm not scheduled for my first fill until April 8th. That seems so far away. I'm so scared that I will eat too much and not lose the weight like I want to. Guess I'd just better be really careful and try to stick to the diet. It's hard to get in 50 grams of protein and enough fiber! Any sug
I'm am new to lapbandtalk.com and look forward to reading everyone's posts. I am scheduled to have my surgery Friday, March 13th. What a day to have surgery - Friday, 13th! Haha! It's a good thing I'm not supersticious.   I'm getting extremely excited as my surgery date approaches! I can't wait to get this weight off!
