I finally had my surgery on 3/31/2009. I only spent one night at the hospital. I was out of bed the day of surgery. I'm a week out of surgery still on liquids. Its not as hard as i thought it was going to be. Don't get me wrong, i do get hungry but at the same time I get full very easily. I am healing very quickly, the gas isn't has bad as everyone told me it was going to me. I do drink herbal tea for the gas and it helps. I also use GasX which helps too. I am almost back to my daily ro
So I finally had my Psych evaluation and I had another visit with my surgeon. Now I'm waiting for paperwork to go through so I can get a surgery date. I'm still exercising at least 5 days a week. I have also started drinking portein shakes daily. I'm trying my best to prepare myself. My new routine has actually worked out better than i thought it would. I have more energy during the day and i don't think about food as much as i thougth i did. Since working so hard at the gym, i am making better
2009 has been dedicated to changing my life! Never in my life have I been so heavy. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been heavy all my life but at the same time I had a very active childhood. While in high School I was on the basketball, track and field, and step team. I have always managed a way to keep active except for the last 5-6 years. Where did I go wrong?
