I had RNY Gastric Bypass on November 4, 2013, and my life has never been the same. I am down 210 lbs in a year and feel incredible. I have gone from a couch potato who couldn't even make it down the stairs to training for my first half marathon and triathlon. I want my journey to be public knowledge so that everyone out there knows something. I am just a guy who made the choice to take back his life. There is nothing special about me. If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!
