Hey everyone, I'm 4 days away from surgery and currently on my liquid diet. Not easy at all, but making it through. I'm loving Muscle Milk Light and the sugar free pudding oddly enough. I do get hunger headaches and I tried to workout and sleep to try not to think about food.

My surgeon makes his patients go to a required seminar for the lapband and I met a girl who shared an amazing youtube channel with me and her results are insipiring she lost over 100 pounds and her surgery was in jan 09, so I wanted to share her youtube with everyone Skymoon1982. Also, I got my insurance approval the same day it was submitted. I still can't believe this is really happening, it's starting to feel like everything is going so fast. I'm ready to begin this journey. Good luck everyone and stay focus.
