Yes, are you on Clear Liquids or just liquids. That would make a huge difference because with liquids you can have the Protein Shakes and they are actully quite sustaining. Plus there are Soups that you can run through the blender so they qualify for liquids. Sometimes having something warm helps ease the hunger pains and just makes your stomach feel better.

when i was on liquids i was told anything i could suck through a straw, let me tell you i put almost everything int he blender. Chilli, taco time chicken chilli, any chunky soups, if they are a chick base put chicken broth if beef put a beef broth to thin it out.

I drink broth, skin milk plus with beneprotein, sf Jello, sf popscicles

the RD list of food includes all of the above plus vegetable juice and yogurt and cream soups but I don't like yogurt or cream soups

can I have fruit smoothies?

Thank you all for your support

I'm seven days post op and I'm starving and don't know what to do

I'm in full liquid diet

need some advise

Don't, if possible, let yourself get to the point of starving. Keep eating: watery oatmeal, watery cream-of-wheat, creamy soups (broccoli/cheese, potato, etc).

Good luck, this is the rough part!

Shawn
