Nana, I'm sorry to hear the troop leader route didn;t work out. You would be terrific!!! Open minded peple are certainly in short supply. We Celebrate everything and acknowlegde all of the cultural holidays. My kids know we are catholics but I'm leaving out all of the non- accecptingness of religion and close minded to others ways of life. They can tell you a little about chinese new year, ramadad, hananka etc. You are a shinning star!

I can't belive I climbed Dunn's River Falls with my family and friends last week in Jamaica. I loved it, parts were challenging especially for the kids and I was not winded at all. I felt great to be able to help the little guys with ease. If fact I kayaked, snorkeled, rode a Water bike, jumped on and off a water trampoline, swam and sailed. A year ago, I most definitely would have passed on most of the experiences because I probably would have had a terrible time and been unable to breathe. I looked a little better in that bathing suite too. HEHEHE

I'm not sure if this was mentioned yet. But August is the dead center of hurricane season in FL and the carribean. I would suggest travel insurance that included hurricanes. Thsat's alot of money to lose to mother nature. We just came back from Beaches in Ocho Rios. Awesome!

6/3 i GOT MY BUTT KICKED IN A CARDIO KICK BOXING CLASS. I NEEDED TO LAY DOWN FOR AN HOUR AFTERWARDS. I'M SO OUT OF SHAPE.

My BMI was 36 and I've gone from 246 to 179 in a year. The first 6 month was fast te last 6 have been maintaining

I was really tight with just the bamd also in the beginning. I only have 1.3cc in and that for me is plenty. MAybe the band for you is tight enough without any fill or really minimual. Talk to you r MD and make sure he knows what you are eating and not eating. Your health and nutrition may be comprised. Good luck and 33 pounds is awesome!!!
