I can't belive I climbed Dunn's River Falls with my family and friends last week in Jamaica. I loved it, parts were challenging especially for the kids and I was not winded at all. I felt great to be able to help the little guys with ease.

If fact I kayaked, snorkeled, rode a Water bike, jumped on and off a water trampoline, swam and sailed.

A year ago, I most definitely would have passed on most of the experiences because I probably would have had a terrible time and been unable to breathe.

I looked a little better in that bathing suite too. HEHEHE

Isn't Dunn's River Falls Beautiful? I love that place. I haven't been back there since I was banded to climb the falls. I watched several people do it though.
