Online calorie tracker??

I've been on weight watchers since May to get my head in the game and I'm used to tracking what I'm eating. I'm sure I'll be way under my points so I have to quit the weight watchers online program. Any suggestions for online calorie tracking sites?

My most successful times in this "band-journey" has been when i journalled my food. and when i was totally honest.

i used sparkpeople.com. there is also one name fitday.com

both are good

if you have I-Phone, there is a new application called "mynetdiary". it works with both your phone and computer.

and it's super easy

fyi...i still communicated with the people i met in weightwatchers online while i was losing weight with my band. i found i received more emotional support from them. what i did get from this site was alot of great information.

good luck

I use Thedailyplate.com I like it. I have been told that it is one of the best and easiest to use.

I really like sparkpeople.com I used to use Weight Watchers online and I find it similar to that. Just about every food is listed, either in their directory or if you search other people's added foods.

Good luck!!

I too use Thedailyplate.com.

Easy to use and has calorie database of not just the usual foods.

Another vote for The Daily Plate , not only is it easy to journel your food but it also tracks your exercise. I LOVE seeing my 'net' calories at the end of the day :)!

I use fitday.com It gives me the option to enter activity and breaks down your caloric intake between protein, carbs, fat, etc. I love it personally and am able to set goals and see where I went wrong or right each day. Good luck!

I will chime in as one more for The Daily Plate, but I am also providing a link on this site to the food & Nutrition where people are supporting each other as they use WW online.
