Sleeping on Stomach Post-Op?

I normally sleep on my stomach so its been hard to sleep on my back. I just had surgery today, but I was wondering if anyone has problems sleeping on their stomach.

I am back to sleeping on my stomach but it took a few months

i just slept on my stomach for the first time since surg and it was wonderful. i'm 12 days out , and it still wasn't as comfortable as before , but at least its not as sore now.

I'm a tummy sleeper too and I still can't do it 10 days after surgery. The port side is where you'll feel the pain. I do sleep on my side but I have to carefully place a couple of pillows to feel comfy. One bad thing never fails for me, once I'm comfy I have to go to the bathroom :wink2:

I wasn't brave enough to try to sleep on my stomach until probably a month after my surgery lol. But when I did there was no discomfort at all :wink2:

Thanks for the help! I think I will try in a couple of days. My port site is not sore, and I am feeling good.
