It's been a LONG time since I've posted, sorry! I had my surgery in December 08, and it's not almost Aug. and I've lost about 45 lbs - give or take. I run out of things that I can eat so...so sick of salads!! just wanted some thoughts and support.. thanks.. a new me

Congratulations on your weight loss. I understand running out of things to eat. I have no suggestions for you because I find myself eating the same things or using Protein supplements. I wish I could eat salads. That would be a change of pace. Good luck on your continued success.

thank you for the tips!! please feel free to email me anytime.. I am not too good at navigating around this site yet - Blaze...why can't you eat salads? I thought lettuce was nothing but water?? I guess it's getting stuck on you ,,, i am sorry!!

Even with chewing very well, I cannot get lettuce to stay down.
