Hi Everyone I had my 1st consultation last week. Psych evail. next week and I have a long day on the 6 of July. It's my Nutrition and 2nd appt. Good to know there a support group.

Wow, sounds like its been a rather speedy process for you?!? How long has it taken to get this rolling. I am curious, I had all my blood work done yesterday.

Well I live in Key West and I called Hollywood Fl. Bariatric center they sent me information and a check list of what I need. Then I notified my insurance company to ask all the question that I needed to know before I made my 1st consultation appointment. Sol far Everything is ok. My insurance is paying for it. They said I don't need a pre approval because it's an out patient procedure and they pay for the lapband. After I see the Psychologist and he approve me. I should be ok. I'm hoping I have it done no later than the week after my 2nd appointment. I can't wait. Everyone here have me excited.

From what I have heard Hollywood Bariatric is really good. I chose Dr. Wizman because he is also good and closer to my home. Good luck!

I have Dr. Cohen I don't really know all of them, But when I went to the clinic. I patients and others spoke very highly of him. I also felt good after meeting with him. I will live in Gods hands. He will work through them.

Are you getting yours done in Hollywood also
