Well I have to admit that I did cheat a couple times. I know, Im horrible. :bored: I felt so sick that I had to put something in my stomach, but I did make sure that I did the chewing 25 times and not drink anything 30 minutes before or after. Not that it probably made a difference but figured what the heck. I dont know what felt worse the guilt from eating or just not eating. ugh. But I got back on track so hopefully it doesnt have any affect on my surgery. Your consult is 06/22? How exciting.

You want to make sure that you are trying to stick to the preop diet because it helps in shrinking your liver. If your liver is too fatty it can obstruct the surgery from being done. I know it is hard but focus your attention on something else, like picking out a new wardrobe from when you are at goal. Good luck to you and let us know how surgery goes!:bored:
