If you get tighter before/during TOM, when do you start feeling affects?

For those of you who get tighter around/during TOM when do you start feeling the affects? I just got a fill of 1cc almost one week ago and have recently(this am & yesterday) been waking in the morning coughing. So I am wondering if my fill is too tight this time around or if this is related to my TOM being just around the corner in about 2 or 3 days. Just wondering if anyone keeps track of when you tighten up before TOM.

I actually get tighter toward the end (about three-four days in to my TOM) but I am sure it is different for others.

  • 2 weeks later...

I get tighter a few days before and that continues until about 1/2 through TOM. Usually can only do liquids and very soft foods during that time.

Mine tightens about 3 days before and stays tight for around 7 days. I have never experienced the night choking though.
