Hi guys,

Im pretty sure this is my first post. I signed up sometime ago but never got around to posting. Now ive stumbled accross the forum again and wow, what a genuinely supprortive place. Its nice to be here.

This month is a year since I was banded by Andrew Smith at the Avenue in Melbourne. I've lost 30kgs so far but as you can see from my ticker, have quite a way to go.

Hoping to become an active member and meet you all around the boards.
