I'm interested but not sure about Lap Band

Hello...I am new to this site and am extremely interested in making a change in my life regarding my weight. I know that I need to make changes and have tried diets, weight loss plans, excercise, etc and have not seen a permanent reduction in weight. I have high blood pressure and am sure that I'm pre-diabetic. I keep up with my physicials and have been advised I am overweight. I had a baby one year ago and this is the largest I have ever been weighing 255 lbs. Any suggestions or insprirations you can share will be apprecitated as I am at my wits end and want to do something about this.

Hi...I am new to this site as well. I have been looking around it for weeks and joined today. I know exactly how you feel about your previous efforts. I have been "swimming against the current" for years. I can loose 10 and gain 15 back almost instantly. I was at my all time high of 301 before I made the decision to do something about it. I can only tell you to do your research, and pray about it. Best wishes!

Do it now before it's too late. I was overweight for years, and not just 10 or 20 pouns, but were talking three digits. I wish I would have done it earlier when I didn't have so much to lose. Then maybe I would have looked like a shar pei when I get done.

It sucks I had to have my scrotum blow up to the size of a cantolope before I didnt something about it.

Sorry for the visual, but the whole point is, don't wait and let things get worse.

good luck.
