I know this is gross, but I don't have my follow up appointment until MOnday and I'm concerned.

I have had nothing but diahrea since the surgery. The nurse said I could take immodium to stop it, but after that wears off its back to the runny stuff.

Is this normal for anyone else?

Very normal.

You are probably on a liquid diet now anyway so just buckle up and hold on, it won't change till you are on more solid food.

Yes, very normal! I didn't have a normal bowel movement until about three weeks after surgery. Not my favorite, but it does get better!!!

I thank you too for bringing this up. This problem just started for me yesterday (surgery was tuesday) and I am still on clear liquids. I will stop worrying.
