I love chilli, so I made low cal chilli which is full of protien. My doctor told me I could have beans on the mushy phase, so I made chilli with kidney beans & REALY ground turkey meat and just a touch of chilli powder & garlic. Put is all in a crockpot for 5-7 hours and whala! It is great & very easy to mush!

I could have refried beans on mushies, so I pulverized some salsa in the blender, stirred it in, nuke a dessert dish portion for about 2 minutes and when it came out I threw on some Kraft fat free shredded mozarella to melt. Yum! I could have instant mashed potatoes, so I heated fat free gravy to put on it. I could have tuna salad, just with enough mayor to make it mushy and no celery or crunchy stuff. Basically anything the consistency of apple sauce. I have read where people made dishes they love and then put them in the blender. A little experimentation could give you some ideas. Egg salad minced fine and made soft with light mayo. Hope this helps

i love chicken salad!!!

yum! my husband is making white chicken chili tonight and then i'll throw it into the magic bullet, anything u love, just throw it in the blender to desired consistancy!!

scrambled eggs are great bor breakfast. i also love canoli filling for desert.

Thank You ladies soo much for the ideas...

In my binder they basically said this:

chicken mix with broth, mayo

eggs Mayo

Fish Tarter sauce...

so you can see why i needed some brilliant ideas:D I will so be happy to be on the mushies after my 2 weeks of liquids..

I did all of the above. I used my food processor to mush up chili, make chicken and tuna salad, and I also ate refried beans with ff sour cream and cheddar cheese.

the chicken chili was awsome, and worked great in the magic bullet. if anyone wants the receipe let me know!!

gamyj id love the recipe!!! I could make it for hubby for dinner, and then mush and freez for me:)

My absolute favorite was my mushie lasagna. I took spagetti sauce, cottage cheese, parmasan cheese, and shredded motzerella and put it all in my Magic bullet, I also added a few noodles, but it did not add anything to the flavor and would skip that part next time.

the chicken chili was awsome, and worked great in the magic bullet. if anyone wants the receipe let me know!!

please go ahead and just post it! i'll be needing it in 2 months!

thanks!

I cooked the heck out of some broccoli, put it in the chopper with some chicken breast and a little bit of velveeta cheese and it was like heaven!!!
