Hello, there bigfish54, I got banded March 24,2009 too I have been outside walking Taking Gas-X, warm broth, I do have gas but it is getting better as the days go by, hang in there

Gas-X comes in a strip that dissolves in your mouth, cinnamon and mint flavors available. That will help quite a bit. Walk, walk, walk, walk. Hold your arms over your head and move them around. And don't foget the heating pad!! I put mine over wherever the pain was as the moment. The combination of everything will help you tremendously. I can't discount the value of movement. Walk to the mailbox and back if you don't feel like going further. Walk to the corner and back if you can.

I didn't take anything. I just walked alot. Walk Walk Walk Walk! For real...Even if you are walking slowly, you're still walking.

Mine lasted about two weeks but each day it got progressively better. I also had this weird feeling of wanting to burp but I COULDN'T burp at all.
