I just got banded March 24,2009 I had sugar-free popsicles, Slimfast, Kelloggs Protein shakes, Designer Protein skakes with 1/2 banana and a couple of strawberries in blender, I still will make me a cup of clear liquids to help my stomach, beneifiber packets are good to to help move bowels.

I would also like some info on Banded in Austin Support Groups? I just got banded at Austin Surgical Hospital March 24,2009.

Hello, there bigfish54, I got banded March 24,2009 too I have been outside walking Taking Gas-X, warm broth, I do have gas but it is getting better as the days go by, hang in there

Here in Austin, Tx @ True Results Centers are $125 a fill, might want to find a True Results Center close to you. Good Luck

Hello, Ink I just wanted to let you know my Dr has told me after Surgery 1 week Clear Liquids, 2 week Full Liquid Diet, 3 week mushy foods, I will be banded March 24, 2009 I am looking forward to it. Good Luck to you!
