Hello ther Lady! How are you doing I am doing well getting ready to go back to work on Mon 4/20/09 looking forward to it, Have you been to your post op visit ? how did that go? I just got banded March 24,2009 I had sugar-free popsicles, Slimfast, Kelloggs Protein shakes, Designer Protein skakes with 1/2 banana and a couple of strawberries in blender, I still will make me a cup of clear liquids to help my stomach, beneifiber packets are good to to help move bowels.
