Problem with protein drink

I cannot stand to drink my protein drink which is made by baratric advantage and is vanillia flavor. I have added extra vanilla extract and cherry extract. I need a protein drink that is like a slim-fast. Does anyone know of one that I could tolerate. I think it's the consistency of the shake. I'm mixing 2 scoops with 8 ounces of water. Please let me know of something that I can purchase at a drug store, wal-mart, wal-green etc. I am scheduled for surgery on 4-3-09 and have to drink one of these shakes each day.

My doc had me drink EAS Carb Control Advant-EDGE shakes. The chocolate ones are ok! He specifically said NOT myoplex though, don't know why. The EAS Carb control do have 17 g protein and are low fat low sugar. Try them...

I used High Protein Slim-Fast Powder with skim milk. I could also use the No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast. I can't do anything with that now, the taste is off to me since surgery.

I use Unjury or Nectars --both in chocolate flavor, mixed with non fat milk or soy milk, some frozen strawberries in a blender and voila! Likle my very own Jamba Juice!
