Need some Help

Hello I just had my surgery a week ago Tuesday and I will start on soft foods tomorrow does anyone have any suggestions about what types of soft foods work better?

Thanks, Teresa

Congrats on your surgery!

Everyone is different on what works best for them, but here were some of my favorites during that stage....

scrambled eggs

cottage cheese

tuna salad

refried Beans w/salsa

mashed potatoes

potato Soup

I am a creature of habit, so I would eat the same foods pretty much all the time.

Good luck :sneaky:!

I had my surgery last week too on the 11th. Today was my first mushie. eggs have never tasted so good....

My dietician says

scrambled eggs

mashed potatoes

puddings

cottage cheese

refried Beans

Anything really that can be smushed well with a fork.

Keep up the good work !!!!!
