Mushies at Restaurants?

I've ordered soup, beans, veg & cheese omelets, baked fish (if you're allowed), baked sweet potato...to name a few.

Hi. When I was on mushies, I could have baked fish, mashed potatoes, chicken salad (but it had to be mashed up very well or put through a food processor) with light mayo, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, cream of wheat, oatmeal, refried beans, cooked veggies, soft fruits (mashed up), and sf jello, pudding, and popsicles. Much easier to do at home than in a restaurant. I think your best bet would be to order soup - but you still need to be careful about what is in it. I was only on soft foods/mushies for a week, so it wasn't too bad. Good luck to you!! Becky

Hi:

I used to order mashed potatoes or squash. You can have something pureed too. I am still very careful at restaurants because when I get chatting with my friends I forget what I'm doing with my food, and have eaten too large of a bite a couple of times. Yipes!

Best wishes to you and your band.

I love my band.
