Can you please tell me which shakes taste the best to you, and possibly how much Protein?

I'm not really a shake drinker, but I want to try and sample some of them.

Any help will be great. Thanks:redface:

Bolthouse Chai Tea or Mocha. Its at WalMart where the orange juice is...Its got 42g protein and they taste like Starbucks.............I love them

I buy a brand from walmart called body fortress.

I enjoy the vanilla flovor because it's the most versatile

and I add to it.

I can add O.J to it and it's like a dreamcicle

I add 2 tsp of sugar free pudding mix (very good)

Or sugar free hawaiian punch singles to go, berry red

So with vanilla there's always a way to kick it up.

By the way, body fortress is a powder not a liquid.

Good luck to all

Julie (surgery date 3-24)

After my doctor turned me on to the Isopure Protein drinks, I never went back to shakes again (the ones I bought were just so gross to me!). I get them at GNC, they have 42 (or was it 44?) grams of protein, no sugar & no carbs, and taste more like Gatoraid.

Check with your doctor though -- I didn't start having these until after surgery. I don't know if they are OK for the Clear liquids phase.

I will say that Isopure chocolate shakes are disgusting.

All the best,

Catherine

Isopure orange colored stuff. Just like Gatorade (taste, not texture).

Worldwide Pure Protein Shakes (Vitamin Shoppe).
