I just bought something called Colon Cleanse- raspberry flavored- add two tsp to water 2 times a day and give it time to work. It is made with psyllium husk-the best ever - I was so constipated that I made myself bleed-(sorry so gross) I drink this twice a day and I'm great-never constipated and no diarrhea, regular stools.
