I'm at a weight stand still.

Help. I haven't lost (or thankfully..gained) weight in over 2 weeks. I have some restriction (maybe I need a tiny bit more). I almost never eat breakfast, usually soup or salad for lunch, a protein & veggies for dinner. What am I doing wrong? Please help me with suggestions. It is do sad to be stuck at the same weight when I was loosing so well in the beginning. Thanks for your help!

Sounds like you plateaued. Just keep doing what you are doing (might eat breakfast. a protien shake would do) you'll find that you suddenly drop several pounds in one day.

good luck.

Eat breakfast - even if it's a protein shake. Make sure you're getting protein in your soup or salad at lunch and add some fruit, too. Also keep in mind that for every 10 pounds you lose, you need 150 fewer calories to maintain that weight.
