First appt. to surgery

How long from your first appt. till you have surgery? I saw for some, it took 6 months...I'm really hoping I wont have to wait that long :thumbup:

My first appointment was October 5th and I was banded on January 28th. I had that much of a delay only because of work. It was during an extremely busy time for us. Otherwise I would've been banded sooner.
