Hello Esantos628:

Well, how can you be alone when you have so many people on this forum to support you?

Do you need a fill?

How are you doing with your exercise?

Are you seeing your doctor for aftercare?

How is your Protein intake?

And do you really know how much food/calories you are consuming in a day?

sorry but i don't see why you are so frustrated. look how far you have come. also, since this is your first post, have you been looking here online for help and support. Maybe you just need a fill. Good Luck.

OMG, you are doing sooo well! That's a lot of weight lost. I was banded 7/23/08 and have only loss 41 lbs. However, I will NOT give up because I'm losing not gaining.

Congratulations on your incredible weight loss, you and I are very similar as far as our surgery dates, I was banded in June. However, I am much further behind in the weight loss department and I am not sharing that these days - I get tired of having people say "that is all you have lost?" - so that being said, you have done wonderful...

but you are entitled to feel frustrated, maybe you need a fill? maybe you need to refocus? I do not know but I can tell you that you will find wonderful support on this site as well as a ton of people who do understand.
