Something Gross

Am I the only one? Sometimes I want to eat something that I know I should not eat for it may get stuck or it has just too much fat, carbs or caloires. So giving into temptation I will chew it up and then spit it out.

Yes is does make the food go down...drinking anything pushes the food down to the lower stomach, thus the full feeling is gone and the hunger sets in.

You guys are great.....still laughing. I don't feel like a freak now. I don't do it as much as I did when I was on liquids. I think I have adjusted pretty well. One day I took a sip of my daughters soda and then relized it was carbonated. I was driving but close to home so 2 minutes later when I got home I watered the grass.

Angie not only will the liquids force out the full feeling it can backfire and make you vomit. If you are already full and you might not know it the liquid will sit on top of it and make you feel sick then here comes the pb.

When I was on the liquid stage, I was my garbage disposals best friend, chew and spit, chew and spit, especially those teensie tiny particles of food in the Campbells Hand Soup containers.
