  1. :omg: OM Goodness, I was going through the samething and I thought it was because I was pregnant and that the band was some how being pulled or pushed out of place. There was a place under my right ribbs that was tender to the touch. Well after my Pregnancy I was still throwing up almost everything, I also began to think maybe I am going to have to get this taken out. Well last month (Jan 21st 07) I was having really bad chest, back, and jaw pain and I thought it was gas. Well it ended up being my gall blader and it was removed. I also thought that maybe my band could have cause it. My Surgen said that my stones were very big and it was obvious that I had had them for years and years. I was banded in July of 04, So I know it did not have anything to do with my gall bladder. Now that my G/B is out I have had no problem what so ever, infact now I need to go and get a fill, because now the only problem I am having is being able to eat EVERYTHING!! I do not know how or why it was effecting my ability to swallow or eat but it did. The surgen did say that becuase of my G/B everything around it was swollen. Hope this helps Eddra
