Having surgery on Wednesday

Hi everyone,

I am having my Lap Band surgery on Wednesday 20th July!!:banana

I'm starting to get a little nervous, but I know that it will be worth it in order to help me get my weight loss on track.

I am so excited at the prospect of being slim this time next year

I will keep you all posted on how I am getting on.
