Howdy from Texas!

Howdy,

Im new to this but im sure ill have questions along the way. I got my surgery done on friday 10/24 and finally up and moving around with just a little pain. My doctor put me on liquids for 2 weeks after the surgery and im about tired of chicken broth and hate beef broth. but since i started the 2 week pre-opt diet i have lost 13 pounds. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself, now i have to go update my profile and read all these threads on here to help me.
