Butter??

does anyone use i cant believe its not butter? I was told we shouldnt use country crock so i wanted to know if i cant believe its not butter is better

I really can't answer your question as I don't have the diet info yet but, when I did South Beach Diet, ICBINB was acceptable for that diet plan.

I use both. I will use real butter over anything else. It is not very often that I even use it-maybe a couple times a month! I do know that ICBIB is better than counrty crock. I will buy which ever is on sale!

Butter is a natural food and one of the best sources of fat-soluble vitamins such as A, D, E and K. You will pay more for butter, but nutritionally, it is worth it.

I agree with desert rose.... I won't touch margarine. The chemical make up is yuck. I like natural. Butter is better.

I do use I can't beleive its not butter in a spray. I started using that back when I was trying weight watchers. No calories. But to this day, I use real butter more often than not.
