Walking 30 minutes daily on treadmill...3 mph with incline 3.

Drinking alot more Water this week really helped me with my hunger.

Crud! I forgot to weigh this am. I'll post tomorrow.

Ro, I feel ya on the "even" for the week and no restriction. I've had that the last two weeks, and will be SUPER happy if I didn't gain during this one! First fill on next Monday, but I'm not real encouraged. So many folks say that after the first day or two they still don't have any restriction. :tongue2: Makes me want to pay the PA off to push in a little extra. :wink2:

Down 1.5 lbs this week - I'm ok with this - my goal is 2lbs.

I had my first fill last week (Thursday) and for a few days thought that nothing was going to happen. By Tuesday however, I was getting full on a few mouthfuls - I'm happy about this and find that I have to be very careful about remembering to eat well - this poses its own set of challenges.

I know this will pass, and hunger will return but for the time being, I'm enjoying the sensation of being 'full' (not sure what else to call it).

Good morning,

Loss - 1 lb: I was hoping for more but as long as it is a loss

Exercise - 2 aerobic classes, 2 training on elliptical and 2 runs on Wii fit

Bindi - Great loss!

Roheryn - It does sound like you need a fill. I am not too far behind you as well. Still no fill but needing one.

Lindar - WOW - 4 lbs?? I dream of that!

Janda - WOW and I thought 4 lbs was a lot, but 6?? How did you do that?

Lana - I am one of those people that weigh themselves every day. I wish I could forget!

Last week: 273.5

This week: 270.2

Loss: 3.3 pounds!!!!

I think my good losses these past two weeks have been because I've actually gotten MORE calories. I've been hovering below 1000 since surgery, but the past couple of weeks, I've eaten out several times - always being careful. Whatever the reason is, I'll accept it!

Great job everyone!

I stayed the same this week. I just went for my 2nd fill. I have only exercised 2 this week and eat out a lot. Overall, I am feeling great and I hope everyone has a great weekend and week!

I HIT ONDERLAND THIS WEEK!!!!!!

Last week: 202

This week: 198

Week's loss: 4lbs

I am SO excited!!! I didn't think I was going to have a loss. And then it's FOUR POUNDS and puts me in ONDERLAND!!!!

On the exercise front, I didn't do any this week.

I've GOT to get better at that. It's just so hard with a 2 year old in the house! (I know, excuses, excuses!)

Take care all and have a great day!

Everyone's doing such a good job...and remember even if the scale isn't moving make sure your taking your measurements. The last 2 weeks I only lost 1 lb, but I lost 4.25 inches (over a two week period) and 5.5 lbs of fat mass.

This week I'm happy to say that I lost 2 lbs...my goal is two lbs per week.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
