30 Pounds all together :O)

Hello, I went to see my doctor yesterday to get the stitches out, I've lost 30 pounds all together, which he Say's is good and he said I'm doing good too. I'm starting to feel better each day. Anyway I thought I'd check in, Love and Hugs Bobbie:thumbup::crying::thumbup::D

    Ouch!! stitches!! I didn't get stitches, I just had these white tape material over my incisions, They fell off after a couple of days.. Well it sounds like you doing great!! 30 lbs is super!! Kepp up the good work!!!

    Yep, It was on my post -op list. Anything without sugar and cafeine. I love the orange sunrise and the citrus splash. I like to freeze them and get'em slushy. enjoy:tongue2:
