Where your pj's ...they will strap you to all kinds of wires. You will sleep in a big cozy bed. It is a piece of cake. You may not sleep well because of all of the wires, so if you take something to help you sleep, you may be able to take it that night. Your doc can call you in a one time script for ambien.

i hear they send a substitute mommy to your house to sleep w/your hubby and tuck in your kids so they wont be alone :)

kidding, kidding you will be fine! you are brave and strong and you can always take tylenol pm or something to take the edge off and help you fall asleep.

good luck  call me if you need anything

I wore shorts and tee shirt. BTW my hair was a mess because of the stuff they put in your hair. I had planned to just run out in the morning but after I woke up with the hair from hell. I had to scrub it out before I would even step out of the room. So I suggest strong shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise you will do great.
