Hello From Boston

Ive been lurking on this site since June and I finally got the courage to join. My husband and I are getting the lapband. He began his process in July and should get banded by years end if all goes well. I have my first appt. with the surgeon on Oct. 1st which will begin my process. Well, I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I look forward to getting to know you all!!!

Hi Mrs. Mitch:

Glad to see more MA posters. Best wishes to you and Mr. Mitch on the lap band journey.

It's one of the best things I've done for myself. PM if you have any questions.

Take care.

Hello JayinMA, my husband and I are going to Dr. Hess at BMC, he was recommended to us through another site and we are very happy with him thus far!

Can I ask what kind of insurance you have? If you're going through insurance that is. I have Harvard Pilgrim and I hope it goes pretty smoothly
