September 13, 200817 yr anybody have a problem with water weight everytime i lose i go 2 or 3 weeks where im going up and down with the same 2 pounds
September 13, 200817 yr I am a liitle over 3 weeks post op, I initally lost 19 lbs at my 2 week post op appointment, but this week I have remained the same all week long just bouncing back and forth between the same 2-3 lbs, one day I will lose 2 lbs, and 2-3 days later I will gain them back it is very weird and frustrating, so I have stepped up my exercise which has just been walking at this point to see if that helps. I get my first fill the first week in October, so we'll see if that makes a difference. I count my calories and I take in between 500-1000/day. Veronica
September 13, 200817 yr YES! The same thing is happening to me! I got stuck at 18 lbs and my surgery was on Aug 18th. I exercise every single day and I'm just bouncing up and down 2-3 pounds. It's VERY frustrating! Sherri
September 13, 200817 yr Every-Single-Month during my period, I do not lose a pound. For six days, exactly, I stay at the exact same weight. On day 7, I lose about two pounds and spend the next week losing about a pound a day before things settle down to about .7 pounds daily
September 13, 200817 yr It happens to all of us. However, I have found that if I am drinking at least 64 ounces of water per day plus an extra cup to offset any caffeine I have ingested it, the water gains/losses are diminished and practically non-existent unless it is related to TOM.
September 14, 200817 yr I am being rebanded On Sept 16. I lost 68 initially. Anyway I found that it switched back in forth from losing lbs on the scale then when that stopped a few days I lost inches. Then back to dropping lbs a few days, then back to inches etc. It was really quite interesting.
