Although I far exceeded my initial goal - I must admit I am a bit disappointed in the last month. I only lost a little more than 7 pounds this month and upped the walking and other forms of exercise. I had been losing 10 to 11 a month without problem. Oh well, I am going to call it a fluke and go hard again this month and see what happens.
Anyway - back to the success. My initial goal was 140ish for a year......but, with three days to spare, I hit the 200+ pound lost in a year mark. I am happy beyond expectation about that...but don't want to slow down to 4 or 5 pounds a month and will pick up the pace to try and maintain at least 9 to 10 pounds for the next 10 months.
For those who have made your goal weight....more power to you. I plan on getting there....but it is going to get more of a challenge as time goes by I am sure.
Just keep on keeping on is my advice to those who are just starting out. Success will come with the proper attitude and mindset.
Happy Friday to all and hope eveyone has a great weekend.
