What kind of routine do you have to lose your weight? That was the other question? What are you eating? Exercise, how long and what kind of exercise. Just curious, I seem to be teetering up and down the scale. Not happy.

I work out at least 4 days a week,mainly cardio, Im on low carb/high protein food, i dont eat more than 900 calories a day and zero junk food! lol I was hoping it would come off a little bit faster

How high are your carbs?

Im sorry how high are my carbs? not sure im understanding the question, my brain is in a fog today lol, i eat no starch,sugar,some fruit,mainly strawberries
