finally got my date after 6 months of jumping thru insurance hoops...taken by surprise...was told it would probably be end of october...found out today it would be september 11...have excitement...but mostly fear...nervousness...wondering if i can remember everything i am supposed to do and not supposed to do....well anyway, i start my liquid diet sept 1....for 10 days....woohoo! on my way...

Congratulations!!! It's really exciting when you first get your date. Don't worry you will remember everything you need to do. Everyone feels some nervousness, so your not alone there.

Congrats! I will be banded 08/28/08. Have been on liquid diet for 6 days! My only fear is myself staying in control. The 14 pound loss during this liquid thing is encouraging ... Good Luck!!

Congrats to all of you! I am waiting on my surgery date. I have to wear my CPAP machine for 14 days straight before they will schedule me. I'm getting excited though, I only have 8 days left! Good luck guys!!
