If we are able to have protein shakes what about smoothies?

i believe i have read in other posts that people are drinking protein smoothies. i think from jamba juice and even starbucks. i suppose just keep track of the calories in them.

I know Starbuck's smoothies have quite a few carbs. I was told to watch that. If I were you, I wouldn't make a steady diet or rely on them for your meal. I would use as a last resort for a meal/snack or treat. Jill, where did you finally decide to have your surgery? In Bako or LA?

Starbucks has a new drink with 23 grams of protein and only 2 grams of fat. Jamba juice also has some low carb, high protein smoothies you can have. You can have anything that fits through a straw. Good luck.
