Hi there! My name is Nikkee and my lapband surgery is set for May 13th, 2005 (Yuck friday the 13th!). Dr. Hilario Juarez will be performing my surgery in Phoenix, AZ. I am grateful for this forum because you all have given me the insight that I need to know before and after surgery and what to expect over time. I'm kinda nervous, but all and all I am very excited and ready to start my life anew.

Wow, just one more day till Band day! Think of the 13th as a good sign, and even better that it's a Friday! We only get those a few times a year...it's GOOD!
