Plateau Help!

Hello, I was banded in January 22, 2008. I have lost 60 pounds since the surgery. I have reached a plateau, that I knew would come eventually. I am not sure what I can do more to help get over it and start loosing again. I am only 20-25 pounds from my goal weight. If anyone has suggestions please, I am open for ideas.
