I've lost 100 pounds today!

Yeah, It took 15 months, but I was down 100 pounds today. I can't believe. It's almost embarrassing to even say it. I still have 35-40 pounds to go, but now I believe I can get there. My skin is awful. I have been feeling really self conscious in the last month with the warmer weather. Everything is loose and shakes and it's just discouraging. Sometimes I feel like I look worse, even though I know it's not true. Any advice??

Hope everyone is well.

As the summer has approached, I've had a problem with my skin. I have some lose skin on my arms (I still have around 70 pounds to go) and cottage cheese thighs. I don't even own a pair of shorts! I went to the beach this past weekend and my DH commented that I looked weird wearing jeans on the beach. I've been hitting the net and the boards to find out what to do. The best advise (other than plastic surgery) is a tan. They have a lot of new self-tanners out there that aren't orange or leave you looking like wallpaper (streaks). Having a little color to you skin helps diminish the skins inperfections. I'm going to have to break down and buy some shorts. They'll probably be bermuda - but that'll do.

Oh - Congratulations on your success! 100 pounds...wow!

That's fantastic! :frown:
