I Did It

:thumbup:I had surgery on 5/13/08 at 7:30am. Stayed the night in hospital my choice. Only pain med was morphine (sp) at 10:30am. I fell sore but no real apain. I was walking as of 11am and did this 5 more times that day.Im home know just woke up and had chicken broth. Have not been hungry. I know every one does differently.Waiting for gas pains hoping all the walking will keep it away. :thumbup:

Bella40 Congratulations!!!! I had my band yesterday too. I am soooooo sore. I have been having those terrrible shoulder pains so I have been taking pain meds every 4 hours. Plus I am in pain at the port site doc said it's from the manipulation of the tissue in the area. But drinking my clears and protein drink. today is the first day of the rest of our lives! All the best to you!
