Cranky

I've been banded since April 3rd, and have done well in my weight loss thus far. However, I don't know what to think about what is going on with me emotionally. I'm cranky and irratable a lot. There are mood swings galore. I've always been pretty well adjusted and normal. However, post banding has been something else. I like that I don't eat much anymore and I'm pleased with how my body is change. Also, I've got great support from family and friends. What the heck is wrong with me?:welldoneclap:

It's natural, and I must say, something I am not looking forward to at all. From what I have read, it does get better though. Good luck and hope you get to feeling better soon!

It's par for the course.

Just don't let it ruin your relationships. Talk with your people and tell them that you'll be better in a few weeks. You will be. Promise.
