Band Pictures

Here's a few pic's of my band during a Barium swallow just 2 days after banding. This pic was taken while I was lying on the table at a 45 degree angle taken from above.

Jack, I'm doing great. Thanks

Nykee, some doctors to barium check right after banding, before you leave the hospital. This is the same procedure that is used when getting a fluoroscopy fill. Dr. Sanchez felt the need for this check considering all I’ve been through, with the re-banding.

The last pic was done by Dr. McKeen. That is contrast showing the leak on my old tubing/band.

Judy, I have No fill. I'm very tight. It's been 1 week since re-banding.

I just thought these pics were interesting and for those who haven't seen a band inside.

Vera, Im so glad you are doing great! and that you were able to get a new band! I know you will do great with it.. your close to goal. Thanks for sharing the pictures I can see the leak its amazing how you can see it... Glad you are doing good though! Take Care

Wow pretty pictures!!! Glad you're okay DBV...I'm just as big a loser as I can be right now!!!...well I could be a bigger loser but i'm mushy and not fully liquid...Dawn is losing TONS of weight from what I can tell...she says you can see it in her face. I'm really rooting for all of us.

very dramatic Vera! Hope your recovery goes well! I'm glad you are feeling better too. :D so, are you loosing as fast as the first time you were banded? :)

WOW, cool pics!! Thanks for sharing those. I have an X-ray of my new Inamed 9.75 but it's from MX and it isn't the clearest shot of the band. Really, you can just see what the band is making the barium do...which is all you need but...your pics are COOL! Gonna show my hubby these!
