I take a chewable because I've never been able to take regular vitamins. They always made me throw up. I take children's chewable with iron and I also take biotin for my hair.

I take the viactive chewables.

I do because I"ve always been a wimp with big pills. I can take them with my band (take fish oil) but I can only take one before I start to gag and cant swallow them, and I was always like that. So I take kids chewables

Hi slimmy:

I take Centrum adult chewable Vitamins because I have difficulty with large horse pills going down.

Vitamins are important so find something that works for you.

Sue

I didn't even know that Centrum made an adult chewable. I'll have to look at Wal-Mart. THANKS for the tip!!! My adult children think I'm nutty chewing Flintstones vitamins.......

will more of these vitamins help my hair from falling out? what should I take for this? It's finally falling out and I'm frantic. I've read, more biotin, more calcium, more protein........ What's the best?

I take Bariatric Advantage VitaBand chewable Vitamins - they are designed to meet the needs of Lap Band patients.

Bariatric Advantage - Bariatric Advantage VitaBand Chewable Multivitamin - Watermelon (180ct)

I use Viactiv and gummy fish oil. The fun thing is they do taste like candy and the really really good thing is I can't have more than one. I view it as an exercise in learning to control my eating.:blushing:

I take a regular vitamin because mine is RX due to another condition I have. I started taking them again on post op day #2 and have had no problems. It isn't a huge one though.
