Newly banded

Hi, I had a really great intro prepared but scraped it.

I have been lurking and researching for about 2 months now. This site really helped answer some questions I had both pre and post op.

I'm a little over 3 weeks post op now and I have but one regret....That I didn't get banded years ago!

If anyone is still in the "thinking about it" stage, just go for it!

    That is my regret too. Why did I wait so long to do this but I am glad I did and Enjoy everday to the fullest now..

    We're glad your not lurking anymore!

    I found out about the lap abnd and had the surgery about two months later. I couldn't get there fast enough. It's been a long, slower road for me, but I am at a stage now where I can say 'It was worth it!'
